  4. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE

EXAMPLES:

  1. TAKE 30 MINS TO READ A NEW BOOK

  2. GO TO THE GYM/GO FOR A WALK

  3. MEDITATE

  4. SET A TIME LIMIT ON WORKING FROM HOME

  5. GET ADEQUATE SLEEP

  6. STAY ORGANIZED WITH WORK/SCHOOL ASSIGNMENTS


REMEMBER:

  1. YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

  2. YOU MATTER

  3. YOU CANNOT BE A GOOD TEACHER IF YOU

  4. BURN YOURSELF OUT

  5. YOU WILL NOT BE A GOOD STUDENT IF YOU

  6. ARE EXHAUSTED

IT IS A HARD HABIT TO FORM, BUT TAKING TIME FOR YOURSELF WILL ONLY BENEFIT YOU.
